Genelia D'Souza (born 5 August 1987) is an Indian actress. Genelia D'Souza has appeared in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada language Indian films.was Tujhe Meri Kasam opposite Ritesh Deshmukh. She left Bollywood for a while to concentrate on the Tollywood Telugu industry.
D'Souza made her debut in Bollywood in 2003. Her first Hindi film D'Souza was born in Mumbai, where she grew up. Her family hails from the Mangalorean Catholic community, a prominent Christian community in Bombay. D'Souza studied at the Apostolic Carmel High School in Bandra, Mumbai. She joined St. Andrews College, Bandra to pursue her Bachelor's Degree of Management Studies.
