Becky O'Donohue - Wonder Twin Powers
I was watching a new show on FOX called Un-Hitched, not exactly Jiggle T.V., but it did feature a stunning actress that caught my eye. I thought to myself, "Where have I seen her before? Who is that chick?"
Well, turns out I have seen her before, First on American Idol, then more recently in a Verizon Wireless commercial. I look forward to seeing her in much more...raowww!
Biography from American Idol- Becky O'Donohue is a 25-year-old from Dobbs Ferry, NY. Becky began singing at the age of 4. Becky attended Niagara University on a full scholarship and received her B.A. in Communications. Singing isn't her only talent. Becky played Division I basketball for Niagara University. Currently, she is working for an entertainment company and as a waitress in City Island.

South Park Gone Jiggle??! Major Boobage
Has South Park Gone Jiggle??!And I do mean, MAJOR Boobage, as almost everything in Kenny's drug-induced trip is a boobie!
In a South Park homage to the 1981 film, "Heavy Metal", the boys are trying to get Kenny off the latest drug craze that's captured the junior high and under set.

The Gist: Miss Guided on ABC...I'm smitten...The show features former Jiggle T.V. alumni by the way of FOX's North Shore. But the main attraction is Judy Greer as the straight laced and adorably awkward Becky Freeley.
Ashton Cusher is the executive producer?!? Not what I expect from the creator of Punked, but rock on Ashton...Rock on.

The Lost World

The Gist: The stunning Rachel Blakely and busty Jennifer O'Dell round out the sexy cast of The Lost World. When I first happened by this show one lazy Sunday afternoon, I had mistakenly taken Rachel for Carol Alt. Her stunning eyes and wholesome looks had me hooked. The show follows the basic formula for Jiggle T.V.; action and hot chicks every 5 minutes, but also had some rather strong themes too. Although not my favorite on my Jiggle line up, the show did have an impressive run.

Baywatch Nights
The Gist: This Baywatch spin off recived a luke-warm welcome at best. The show would run for a full two seasons before being canceled. The show would however introduce us to a young Angie Harmon, who would later star on Law & Order. I wasn't much of a fan, but the impact of Baywatch and it's spins offs (also see Baywatch Hawaii) cannot be denied. Baywatch will go down history as the most popular Jiggle Television show in history of the world. There, I said it.

The Basic elements of Jiggle T.V.
What makes a show "Jiggle" worthy? There are the basic elements of a Jiggle Television show...
- Show must have a beautiful women as the main character.
- Sidekicks & Co-stars must be equally or less hotter than the lead; unless a temporary guest star, whom can be equally as hot as the lead.
- Costume wardrobe must consist of skimpy clothing; if not, the shows plot must allow for a "plausable" reason to put on skimpy clothing.
- Uncomplicated story lines as not to distract us from the reason we watch, the jiggle.
- Cheezy special effects and music.
- Show must show clevege or sexy mid-drift in every-other shot, and no extreme face close ups.
